Integrative Health & Strength Conditioning Coaching:  Utilizing integrative health and strength coaching to work in partnership with individuals living with cystic fibrosis, focusing on the individual goals of each client. We strive to offer patient-centered care, engaging individuals to optimize their best vision of health. 

CF Youth Virtual Support Group: Offering a safe space for children of any who are living with CF. Intake form will help us to break kiddos into groups depending on age/interest. This group is moderated by our MSW intern who also has CF. This is a wonderful opportunity for empowerment and supportive peer relationships. 

CF Sibling Virtual Support Group: We know the hurdles that non-CF siblings face and want to offer this same opportunity to those kiddos as well, so please engage your children who do not have CF, so they can connect with their "CF sibling" peers as well.

Caregiver Empowerment Topics: Challenges Parenting with CF, Successes Parenting with CF, Talking to your child about CF, Day-to-day stresses, Closer than you think - Transition of care

Individual Mental Health Support  Working one on one with individuals living with CF, caregivers or spouse. Facilitated by an MSW intern who also has CF.
