Support Attain Health’s Ongoing Mission to Serve the CF Community.

Attain Health entered the CF community, with the overarching goal to support our community members who are both connected and divided by cystic fibrosis. We envisioned a program that would offer a novel approach to bridging the gap between clinic recommendations and home implementation through virtual coaching, education and peer engagement. The co-founders, Kat and Mike Porco, knew that, despite the rigid boundaries of what CF dictates, we could create a community without isolation, support optimal disease management and offer programs that enhance the quality of life for those living with CF. 

Our community is rapidly changing as new, life-altering therapies are on the horizon. As we prepare for the new face of CF, we know that exercise, CFRD disease management, and community support will be even more critical than ever. Individuals will be feeling better and want to enhance their goals to match their new expectations for life. We are poised and ready to partner with each and every person who wants to exceed their own expectations for wellness.
