Dr. Chris Landon, MD

Associate Medical Director, Pediatric Diagnostic Center

Board certified in pediatrics and pediatric pulmonology, medical degree from the University of Southern California and is a Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics, completed his internship and residency in pediatrics at Stanford University Hospital and a fellowship in allergy, immunology and respiratory diseases at the Children's Hospital at Stanford. Director of the Pediatric Diagnostic Center, a pediatric multi-specialty referral clinic dedicated to treating children with every-day health problems as well as those needing specialized care. Director Of Pediatrics at the UCLA affiliated Family Medicine Residency and is Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at UCLA.
In 2016 taken on the role of Strategic Director of Telehealth for the Intelligent Health Association (IHA). A global, technology based and technology focused organization comprised of many new technology communities and societies all operating under one organizational structure. Actively involved in medical diagnosis and teaching utilizing telemedicine for three decades.

CEO, Savara Pharmaceuticals

Robert is an innovative and entrepreneurial business executive with extensive operational and development experience spanning more than 25 years across a number of sectors, including the life sciences industry. He has a proven track record of strategic and execution accomplishments with an emphasis on building, launching and leading start up and turn around operations, as well as leading and managing large, multifaceted and multinational projects. 

Rob is passionate about helping those who suffer from rare or debilitating pulmonary and respiratory diseases, with a current focus on the development of product candidates for the treatment of cystic fibrosis and pulmonary alveolar proteinosis. 

Rob has successfully led Savara, Inc. as CEO since co-founding the company in 2008 and notably, has attracted into Savara one of the largest historical amounts of investment capital from non-institutional private investors. He brings extensive experience in the orphan disease space and specifically in cystic fibrosis, where he has successfully partnered with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation on the clinical development of Savara’s lead product candidate, AeroVanc.

Steve Robbins

Managing Partner, Spark Healthcare

Stephen is the Managing Partner and Co-founder of Spark Healthcare Consultants, a Brooklyn, NY based public health firm that develops validated-programs to address broad-based unmet needs in pediatric chronic disease.  Since the the company's inception Stephen and his team have created and launched programs for both patients and healthcare professionals in cystic fibrosis, type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes,  exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI), and Hemophilia A. The evidence-based programs developed by Spark have been featured in numerous professional journals, posters and quality improvement programs across the United States.
